As the ninth of ten kids, I spent most of my childhood hiding behind a book. When I was eleven, I climbed into my first fantasy novel (Terry Brooks’s brilliant “The Sword of Shannara”) and never quite climbed back out again.
As an adult, I began telling the stories of the fantastical, flawed, wonderful people who live in my head, and I found that other people wanted to hear their stories, too.
So now I tell more stories about all of my fascinating, imaginary friends.
If you’re here, it means you’re interested in their stories, too.
They say Hello, by the way.
They think you’re splendid.
When I’m not adventuring in fantastical realms, I spend my time just outside Seattle, Washington. I’m a member of the Pacific Northwest Writers Association and Romance Writers of America. I’m also an Aries and an amateur painter.
